Apple Chip Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. cut-up apples, in chunks
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. flour

Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in an ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
