Catalina Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken parts you prefer
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot preserves
1 small bottle Catalina dressing (red)
Preparation

Spread chicken parts over bottom of baking pan; do not pile. Mix soup mix, preserves and dressing together.
Spread over top of chicken.
Bake at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
(If it looks too dry, cover with loose foil.)
