Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 to 1 1/2 (12 oz.) bottles beer
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. mild Cheddar
Italian or French bread
Preparation

Melt butter; mix with flour.
Grate cheeses.
Add all ingredients in large saucepan; heat to melt.
Stir often.
Pour into fondue pot.
Serve with cubed bread.
