Aunt Betty'S Corn Pone Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    2 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 small box corn muffin mix or 1/2 corn bread recipe
Preparation
    Brown meat in shortening.
    Add seasonings and tomatoes. Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add beans and pour in casserole dish.
    Top with corn bread mix.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
