Oven Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 onion (chopped)
1 1/4 cup catsup
1 tbsp. hot sauce
3 tbsp worcestershire
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 tsp. pepper
6 or 8 pieces of chicken

Preparation

Place chicken in casserole dish, combine all 8 of the other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
Turn chicken at least once during cooking.
Sauce may be served over rice.
Serves 6.
