Crab Imperial - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. Old Bay
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 lb. backfin or lump
1 Tbsp. milk
paprika or green pepper for garnish
Preparation

Make white sauce using first 3 ingredients.
Cool.
Add and blend egg, mustard, pepper, Old Bay, celery salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Gently add crabmeat.
Fill serving shells.
