Carrot And Celery Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    2 1/2 c. diagonally sliced carrots (about 1 lb.)
    4 c. diagonally sliced celery
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Add carrots; saute 2 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
    Add celery; saute 1 minute. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Lower heat, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
