Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
8 oz. milk chocolate
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
Blend in flour and baking powder; set aside.
Heat milk and butter until hot. Slowly pour into batter until blended. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased rimmed cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until cake bounces back to touch.
Spread peanut butter on hot cake.
Let cool in refrigerator about 1 hour or until firm. Melt 8-ounces milk chocolate in double boiler, then spread on top of peanut butter.
