Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. sifted cake flour or all-purpose flour, divided
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. low-fat cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. orange zest
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    5 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    fresh raspberries
    Raspberry Sauce (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Spray a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with nonstick vegetable spray and dust with flour.
    Set aside.
    In a large mixing bowl, blend 3/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup of the sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and orange zest.
    Set aside.
