Butternut Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening
4 eggs
2 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation

Mix well together the shortening, sugar and eggs.
Add milk. In a separate bowl, mix both flours and salt.
Add to creamy mixture and mix well.
Then add flavoring and pour into greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 80 minutes.
