Ernie'S Italian Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

beef roast (almost any kind)
2 c. hot water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 onion bouillon cubes
1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
garlic salt to taste
green pepper or others (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle beef roast with garlic salt, pepper and oregano. Roast to medium as usual.
Chill.
Slice and reserve drippings. To drippings, add remaining ingredients, including sliced beef. Simmer, covered, until beef is fully cooked.
May need to add water while cooking.
Serve hot on Italian rolls, or Italian bread (cut in 3 to 4 pieces and sliced almost all the way through, like a hot dog bun).
