Strawberry Bread With Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and sliced
    1 1/4 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    8 oz. cream cheese (for spread)
Preparation
    Reserve 1/2 cup strawberry juice for spread.
    Mix all dry ingredients together in large mixer bowl.
    Make a hole in the center of the mixture.
    Pour strawberries, oil and eggs in the hole.
    Mix by hand until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into two waxed paper lined loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool slightly before removing from pan.
