Pineapple Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Sift all dry ingredients together and set aside.
Mix oil, sugar and eggs, beat after each addition. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add grated carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
