Beef And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
    1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. crushed tomatoes
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 lb. fine noodles
Preparation
    Saute the meat in butter in skillet until nicely browned. Cook the noodles in boiling water.
    Drain.
    Add meat, vegetables and tomatoes.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour.
