Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 can drained blueberries
Preparation
    Sift together first 4 ingredients.
    Combine egg, milk and oil. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients just enough to combine. Mixture will be lumpy.
    Fold in 1 can drained blueberries.
    Bake in 12 greased muffin pans at 400\u00b0, between 20 to 25 minutes.
