Low-Fat Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can lite sliced peaches, drained
graham crackers (low-fat)
2 (1 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding (sugar-free, fat-free)
16 oz. Lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Line dish with a layer of graham crackers. Put peaches on top of graham crackers and top the peaches with another layer of graham crackers. Mix pudding according to directions on package. Place pudding on top of graham crackers and top pudding with Lite Cool Whip. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
