Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
    1 c. uncooked rice (white, Minute rice)
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 1/4 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can of water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. (Can be refrigerated overnight before cooking.) Pour into 9 x 13 casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours OR microwave 15 minutes on High. Stir and microwave an additional 15 minutes.
