Pear Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pears, peel and dice (about 2 large pears)
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together, then mix remaining ingredients together, add to dry ingredients.
    Pour into greased loaf pan. Makes one loaf.
    Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.
