Magnolia Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    rind and juice of two lemons
    1 pt. sour cream
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. Knox unflavored gelatin
    3 crumb crust (Ready Crust-butter flavor)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well. Beat in softened cream cheese and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add rind and juice of one lemon and Knox gelatin. Pour into 3 crumb crusts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes. While they are baking, gently combine the remaining sugar and juice and rind of other lemon with the sour cream. Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove pies from oven and allow to cool slightly. Spread sour cream topping on and return to oven for 5 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Freezes well.
