Spinach Brownies - cooking recipe

1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Powder
2 Eggs
1 C. Milk
1\\4 lb. Margerine, melted
1\\2 C. Onions, chopped
1 lb. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. Frozen Chopped Spinach, cooked and drained
Preparation

Cut zuchini lengthwise. Scoop out inside to within 1\\4 inch of skin. Dice the insides with onion, peppers and mushrooms. Saute in frying pan to slightly tender. Add tomato sauce and croutons. Refill shells, sprinkle with cheese. (your choice).
Put in lightly greased casserole dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 20-25 min., until tender and cheese is melted.
