Ingredients

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1 can pumpkin
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
whipped cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine quickly, but gently, the ice cream, pumpkin, sugar and spices.
Spread into crust.
Freeze until firm (1 hour or overnight).
Serve with whipped topping.
