Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Crisco oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 to 4 c. apples, chopped
1 c. nuts, finely chopped

Preparation

Combine and mix first 6 ingredients in order.
Add apples and nuts.
Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
