Cajun Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. diced pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (10.5 oz.) can tomato soup
    3 (11.6 oz.) kidney beans
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. Cajun or other barbecue sauce
    3 to 6 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cook beef, onion, pepper, garlic and seasonings until beef is lightly browned. Add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook over low heat 1 hour. Stir often. Uncover and cook to desired consistency. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
