1 (14 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (8 3/4 oz.) can (about 1 c.) cream-style corn
1 beaten egg
2 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Stir until blended.
Fill large greased muffin pans 2/3 full.
Bake in a hot oven (425\u00b0) for 12 to 15 minutes or until muffins are brown. Makes 10 to 12 large muffins.
