Sauteed Scallops With Garlic - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. scallops
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Wash and dry scallops and shake them in flour.
Heat oil in large frying pan.
Add scallops and cook them very quickly, tossing them in the oil so that all sides are browned.
