Hazel'S Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large green peppers
3/4 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
minced onion and garlic to taste
3/4 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
-
Boil peppers until partially tender.
Brown beef with onion and garlic.
Drain and mix with rice, salt and pepper.
Stuff peppers.
