Puff Pastry With Ham Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. water
1 c. flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Heat butter and water.
When mixture is boiling, add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture no longer sticks to sides of pan.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Drop by tablespoons onto a well-greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer. Remove from baking sheet and cool.
When ready to serve, cut open one side and fill.
