Barbecue Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 can biscuits (12)
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Brown beef; drain.
Add sauce, onion and brown sugar.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Separate biscuit dough into 12 biscuits.
Place one biscuit in each of 12 greased muffin cups, pressing dough up sides of each cup.
Spoon meat into cups. Sprinkle top with cheese.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
