Tortilla Spirals - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large flour tortillas
    2 (8 oz.) containers cream cheese
    1 can black olives
    1 pkg. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    6 to 7 green onions
    picante sauce for dipping
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften for 15 to 20 minutes, then mix cream cheese with olives, cheese and green onions in a small bowl. Spread mixture onto a tortilla and roll tortilla tightly (repeat with all tortillas).
    Cover rolled tortillas with a wrap or foil and place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
    Slice tortillas into spirals and place on a circular plate with picante sauce as a dip.
