Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. oleo
2 1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour
1 lb. raisins, soaked in warm water, drain
6 eggs
2 c. shelled pecans
2 c. shelled walnuts
3 lb. assorted candied fruit
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
Preparation
-
Cream oleo and sugar together, add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pour into paper-lined tube cake pan.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
