Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large onions
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    saltines
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Line
    casserole
    dish\twith
    crushed
    saltines.
    Slice onions and
    cook until tender, not brown, in melted margarine. Layer onions
    and undiluted mushroom soup.
    Beat eggs and milk together. Pour
    over onions and soup.
    Top with grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
