Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    7 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat or German gries
    salt to taste
    3 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash and separate cauliflower into very small flowerets and put into large kettle.
    Add water and salt.
    Bring to boil; cover and simmer until very tender.
    Add bouillon cubes and butter. Bring to boil.
    Stir in Cream of Wheat.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Salt to taste.
