New England Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. diced onions
    3 c. diced carrots
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. frozen fish, cut in 1-inch chunks
    1 1/2 c. milk (or 2 c.)
    chopped parsley
    3 potatoes, diced
Preparation
    In large saucepan heat butter and add onions until soft.
    Stir in diced potatoes and carrots, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
    Add water and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in fish, then milk.
    Simmer gently for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Season as desired.
