Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    7/8 c. shortening
    1/4 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, salt and sugar.
    Mix last 3 ingredients together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Yield: double crust pie.
    Vinegar is the secret to this flakey crust.
