Aunt Bertha'S Rice And Raisins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    pinch of salt
    milk
    1 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Bring rice, water and salt to a boil.
    Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for about 45 minutes.
    When water is cooked down, add enough milk to cover rice.
    Add raisins and cinnamon.
    Cook until raisins are soft.
    Serve with more milk and sprinkle with sugar.
