Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or oleo
1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 large can peaches or you can use fresh or frozen sweetened peaches with juice
Preparation

Melt butter in pan (about 9 x 9-inch; I use Corning Ware skillet.)
Add peaches with juice.
Mix sugar, flour and egg and put on top of peaches (mixture will be crumbly).
Cook in 350\u00b0 oven until crust is light brown (approximately 45 minutes).
It is best when served warm with ice cream or Cool Whip on top.
