German Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 oz. Kluski noodles
1 lb. lean hamburger
1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix
2 (15 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
1/2 lb. Graddost or Havarti cheese
Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain and set aside until ready to use.
While noodles are cooking, brown ground beef in large skillet until browned.
Add soup mix, tomatoes and cooked noodles.
Mix well.
Top with grated cheese, cover and heat through until cheese melts.
Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
