Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. very warm water
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.
    Melt butter and cream with sugar in large bowl.
    Add egg.
    Add yeast (dissolved) to cream mixture, then add flour and stir until well mixed.
    Place in airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.
    Drop by spoonfuls into well-greased muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    The dough will keep several days.
