Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Haddock Fillets, sliced thick
    1/2 lb. Crabmeat or Lobster, cooked
    3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    3 Tbsp. Sour Cream
    3 tsp. Butter or Margarine, melted
    3 tsp. chopped Parsley
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
Preparation
    Place all seafood in an 8 x 12 glass baking dish.
    Mix Lemon Juice, melted Butter; pour over fish.
    Spread Sour Cream over fish. Sprinkle Parsley on top.
    Cover with grated Cheese.
    Preheat oven to 325.
    Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until Cheese is golden brown; you'll see juices bubbling in the dish.
