Mashed Potatoes Yogurt - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 Tbsp. Molly McButter
1/2 tsp. Tony's Cajun Creole (salt free) seasoning
dash of black pepper
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
2 heaping tsp. Dannon plain nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes; cook in water until soft.
Drain well. Add all the ingredients and beat with mixer until smooth and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
