Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, uncooked
1 lb. lean meat, ground
2 c. tomato juice
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dry oregano
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Melt butter in large frying pan to heat and add macaroni to coat.
Add beef and cook until brown.
Pour off liquid, if any.
Pour on tomato juice and bring to a boil.
Mix in next four ingredients.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes or until tender, covered.
Remove cover and put cheese on top and bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
