Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. white sugar
    3 c. white flour
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until fluffy. Add oil, sugar, vanilla and grated zucchini.
    Mix well. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add raisins, pineapple and
    nuts.
    Blend well. Bake in 2 greased and floured bread pans for about 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
