Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs
2 large bananas
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs and lemon extract.
Mash bananas and stir into the batter.
Sift dry ingredients together and beat into batter, alternating with buttermilk.
Fold in chopped nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until fork inserted comes out clean.
