Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add first mixture along with the pineapple.
    Add carrots, nuts and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
