Champagne Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
12 oz. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 large carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Cream sugar and cheese; then add strawberries, pineapple and nuts.
Mix by hand.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Freeze.
Then thaw before serving.
Can be frozen for 1 month before using.
