Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 scant c. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Let yeast and water set 2 minutes in large bowl.
    Mix eggs, salt, oil and sugar with yeast mixture.
    Add 3 cups of flour and beat until smooth.
    Then add 2 cups more flour; mix well.
    Cover with damp cloth and let set overnight in refrigerator.
    Take out and make into rolls (greasing hands).
    Muffin tins best.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
