Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced potatoes
    2 small jars chopped pimentos
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. bread crumbs, soaked in butter
Preparation
    Use in layers.
    Cover top with remaining bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Be sure and salt and pepper as you go. Bake 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
