Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. butter
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Boil rice until fully cooked.
    Saute ham, onion and green pepper in butter.
    Add cooked rice, scrambled eggs, soy sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
    Fry for 5 minutes.
