Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pillsbury Plus chocolate cake mix, mixed according to directions
    1 stick butter
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 stick butter
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft caramels
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    chocolate frosting
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix according to directions.
    Spread half in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt 1 stick of butter and 1/2 can of Eagle Brand milk; pour over batter.
    Bake cake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Melt 1 stick of butter and the Kraft caramels.
    Stir in 1/2 can Eagle Brand milk.
    Spread over warm cake, top with 1 cup chopped pecans. Pour remaining batter over cake.
    Bake about 15 to 20 minutes (don't overbake).
    Top with chocolate frosting and sprinkle with 1 cup nuts.
    Chill before serving.
