Fun Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    2 large onions, sliced
    1/4 c. bottled chili sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    flour (for gravy)
Preparation
    Season meat with salt and pepper.
    Lay onions on top of roast. Mix beer, chili sauce, sugar and garlic in bowl.
    Pour over meat. Cover tightly and cook for 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
    Add flour and water to juices for gravy.
